How much do you charge for negatives?

Our fee for negatives is zip, zilch, zero, nada! We never charge our clients for their negatives. Our fees cover our time and expenses so we don't need to try and get more money from you later on.

How much of a deposit do you require to book a photoshoot?

Our deposit rate is 25% or $500, whichever is less. Deposits are due within 2 weeks of your booking (cash or cheque only)

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends upon when you booked your photoshoot and how far in the future the photoshoot is. Here are the details:

  • - If you cancel within 2 weeks of booking, your deposit will be refunded 100%
  • - If you cancel more that 6 months before your scheduled photoshoot, your deposit will be refunded 100%
  • - If an equivalent photoshoot is found in place of yours (i.e. same value), then your deposit will be refunded 100% regardless of how much time until the scheduled photoshoot
  • - If you cancel with less that 6 months to go until your photoshoot, and another photoshoot cannot be scheduled to replace it then cancellation fee will be $100 plus any costs incurred in preparing for the event up to receiving a cancellation notice (i.e. travel costs for location scouting, long distance phone calls, etc.)
